Still waiting for withdrawal after the 21 days that I was told it could take for the process to be complete, got in touch with multiple live chat people on there website but given no real reason only to just remain patient. I have a verified account and had completed the wagering requirement on the website to withdraw my winnings. Just hoping it comes through in the next few weeks but don’t have my hopes up, £900 could do a lot for me and winning it was amazing but still not seeing it in my account is very annoying. How has this casino not been taken to court yet or charged with fraud etc???? Court could win the case and get them to payout to those waiting for their withdrawals. See attached email communication to the casino, sent another email but not response.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

yes my account is fully verified on there website I completed the kyc verification when I signed up to the website. I joined the website roughly end of April this year. I deposited £50 real money and received £250 bonus money, I then had a wagering requirement of 3000 I think to complete which I luckily did and the website said I could then withdraw as before completing the wagering requirement it would not let me withdraw until i completed the wagering requirement. I spoke to them yesterday on their live chat through the website directly and asked for an update on my withdrawal. All they told me was to remain patient and then quickly closed the chat before I could reply.

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Magic Win Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
