Hi I made a request back end of may the 26th. Now on the 29th of august the casino cancelled my withdrawal with no explanation and tried to put it down to me cancelling when I didn’t I had been waiting over 70 days for this withdrawal so why would I cancel it. I am fully KYC registered. I did play with a bonus but I wagered that now I have to do the whole process again when this isn’t my fault and I’m proper annoyed at this to wait again. The chat representatives are shocking and have no idea what’s going on I sometimes reckon it’s the same person but with a different name. They said my withdrawal had come off the radar hence why I had to request it again I just want something done about this casino because it’s a scam and I want my money what I won!!!!

Used a free spin bonus, spoke to them on Monday but unless is the chat service and they don’t respond via email either asked to speak to manager but won’t let me. Fully verified ages ago I would say over a year

Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
