I done wagering and kept played and won up to 5k and made withdrawal after gone through verification things for ages, then nearly 24hrs later my withdrawal been rejected and informed me that I bet over betting limit while on bonus..

The things is all casino online I’d been playing CAPPED bet limit and restricted ineligible games while BONUS, it’s like when you changed bet $ to amount that over bonus betting limit games will stop and pop up on screen show that you’re off Bet Limit..

when I played during wagering i did high bet sometimes but not all times because I didn’t know there’s bet limit, just knew afterwards after my withdrawal been rejected that Bet Limit wagering is $8 .

I was playing like No idea until done wagering and still kept playing for a big while until my balance $5000 that I won, I was happy processing withdrawal, I followed the step and done verification and informed by customer support that money should be in my account within 24hrs. And 24hrs later withdrawal Rejected.

Lucky Dream just not pay me , not even what I won after wagering thing done also I won major jackpot $1350 after done wagering long ago too not been pay.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is this your first ever bonus you used in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is not yet an industry standard that the casino caps the max bet and the player is responsible to follow the bonus rules if they claim one. If you did bet over the maximum allowed limit, the casino had right to confiscate any balance generated from that bonus.

it wasn’t first bonus, I’d been playing Lucky dreams for years but never won before every deposited all lost ( many many ???k) and this was first won ever on this casino.. so far since 14th August every times I contacted and explained to asked them reconsideration, all heard back it’s said that "exceeded bet limit" "and I as well exceeded bet limit after wagering " .. it made me even confused more that I’m wrong to bet $12.5 after wagering done ???

after wagering done yes I bet btw $2-$8 and last game i played is ElvisFrog I bet $12.5 and I won heaps on feature free spin twice also Major Jackpot that’s why I’m up to more than 5k and I did Withdraw at $5000 . All I’m saying it my winning also jackpot dropped to me. It was happened after wagering done!! It was long long time after wagering done.

I lost money on Lucky Dreams Casino a lot more then this ,I lost heaps already to this casino but first time ever that I ever won here on this casino then casino had reason to Not pay me.

Sorry for the short delay as we had to go through your gaming history. Unfortunately, as you really did bet over the maximum allowed limit while playing with a bonus, we will be forced to reject the complaint. Please always read the bonus conditions before accepting any kind of bonus in any online casino as most of them has some kind of max bet rule either in a given amount or % of deposit/bonus.

We would love to see the casinos to implement system where the player is not allowed to bet over the allowed limit but this is not yet an industry standard and the players have to follow the terms and conditions.

Be sure to always check the individual bonus conditions and General bonus terms and conditions as in this concrete case, the max bet was visible right away -
