Hi,

I've made a withdrawal request of 18 ETH. However, after a couple of hours, by looking at the transaction history, I can see my withdrawal has failed without any explanation. The funds also didn't come back to my casino account. I contacted their customer support immediately, they said they will investigate without giving any timeframe. This is very concerning because it is a lot of money. I've tried to make a small withdrawal before and it went through smoothly, only when I had a big win and withdrawn, the issue happened. Very suspicious.

Hi,

Thank you for looking at my case. I played on their Telegram platform so they didn't ask me for any verification, I can certainly provide any verification documents if they request. I've had a first successful withdrawal with them but now making the second one and having this issue. I've contacted customer support several times and asking for the status of my case but they keep saying that they are looking into it and they don't know how long will it take which is very frustrating. The last time I spoke to them was this morning and still no update so far.
