They are refusing to payout they have made every excuse under the sun! Wait 10

days your bank rejected the deposit. Can’t use crypto as you deposit via bank account. Credit card not accepting deposit.

They said use different method when I did they rejected it saying under AML they can only transfer using The way deposit was made. Attached is the latest transcripts they provide no proof of remittance or transaction id and ask you to chase your bank. You can’t chase your bank with no reference then by magic your money is back in the wallet as your bank rejected the deposit.

lottery wins tried to remove my trustpilot review this was unsuccessful. I followed there reply instructions with an email they are yet to reply.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
