The player from United States has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing single bets greater than the allowed ones. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
I won January 24th 2021 I got approved to withdraw that took three weeks they told me I have to wait 7 days so they can withdraw and then they tell me that supposedly I bet it $50 and they have terms and conditions saying that I can't bet over $10 when they sent me the documentation for my gaming history it proves they were lying because it just shows how much money you want not the amount you bet and that's what they're saying why my bonus and that's what they're saying why my bonus was

We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet. You were not stopped or blocked when you decided to increase your bet, and, as a result, you breached the maximum bet rule.
If you are aware of placing higher bets then the allowed ones, sadly, there is not much we can do to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.

Please understand that breaching this term led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I fully understand what you meant. I can see three different Excel filters, however, it doesn't mean that the document has been falsified.

The whole time I betting was in a pattern 1/ then 2 , and then at the very end I would do 3 50 dollars bet only 3 times. That doesn't seem to stand out as wrong.
Also the fact that they tell this bouns term on the verification phone call when you first talk to the casino. Also doesn't the terms and conditions have to be written in the bonus terms and condition on you chosen bonus. per the lady from finance department wrote to me in a letter that I agree to these terms and conditions on my phone call verification.

What do you mean I was aware of the 50 dollars bets ?no I was not but I guys are all in it together a scam
I’m sorry if I misunderstood. Those three bets have not been played at the very end of your bonus session as you stated. You have been playing before and after too. Maybe they were not single bets but a purchase of bonus features worth $50 each. I’m truly sorry, but to prove that the casino artificially altered your bonus game history so they could confiscate your winnings doesn’t seem plausible and it would be very difficult to prove.

You can tell by the fact that the documents were sent in edit mode prove that alone
I respectfully disagree. It is nothing unusual that game history is transferred to an Excel sheet as the amount of data is too large. Edit mode is for the recipient to be able to filter requested information and sort it as they wish and examine it adequately.
