Lucky Luke is 1 of the best casinos I've ever played at and most fair!
I did have an issue a few months back when I won over 10k AUD but even after the casino approved my withdrawal claim, it still took 14 days!
I lost my temper at the support staff and told them they had lost a customer. I'm on level 136 V.I.P so I thought this would be a massive loss to them.
I went and played at other various casinos and none matched up to Lucky Luke and the fact that this casino let's you use a VPN to play games that are not available in your country normally.
Since returning to Lucky Luke I've had a few big wins and when I've gone to withdraw, the money has gone through to my account within 72hrs, so I'm not sure whether they realised the value of business I bring to the table or if they're under different management but this casino is by far the best!
If I was to add any suggestions, I would say it would be good if they added few more games from NETENT and got a few more providers like BOOONGO on board etc
