Lotus Asia Casino - Player’s free bonus winnings have been cancelled.

Ich habe mich bei dem Online Casino Asia Lotus angemeldet und mehrere Bonuscodes benutzt. Später hab ich gewonnen mit über 6000€ Plus durch Freispiele ohne Einzahlung! Diese können leider nicht ausgezahlt bekommen da der Mitarbeiter sagte es gehe nicht mehrere Bonuscodes zu benutzen. Dieser verwies mich auf die AGBs. Dort steht leider nichts darüber.....punkt ist einfach computer sagt ja (da ich alles nötige geregelt habe) nur der Mitarbeiter macht Probleme. Wie gesagt in den AGBs steht auch nichts von benutzen mehrerer Bonuscodes. Ich denk darüber nach eine Klage vor Gericht einzulegen immerhin geht es um 6000€ die mir nicht ausgezahlt werden nur weiß ich nicht wie weit ich da kommen werde......

"Free Bonus Money (Any Free Money, Free Spin bonuses, Tournament and Competition winnings) needs to be wagered through 60X by White Lotus, Blue Lotus, Pink Lotus and Black Lotus Tier players before a Player can make any withdrawal. Where a player has won using their first free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of $150 applies."

I would like to emphasize, that according to our Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#win-limits, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predator, only when it’s applied to a real money game, however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play, especially when it comes to No Deposit bonuses.

Could you please confirm that you have never placed a deposit and all the winnings have been accumulated from a No Deposit bonus? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Danke für die Antwort. Also folgende Sache meine Gewinnen stammen bisher von Freuspielen ohne Einzahlung. Diese habe ich gemeistert und zu Cash umgewandelt! Später teilte mir der Mitarbeiter mit das ich weder eine große Summe noch die 150€ auszahlen kann da ich "mehrere Bonuscodes" benutzt habe. Der Mitarbeiter Corey verwies mich dabei zu den AGBs (Terms and Conditions) diese habe ich gelesen bei Asia Lotus Casino und steht nichts drauf das es verbietet mehrere zu benutzen gar nichts davon....ich bin ratlos. Normalerweise stehen müssen mir die 150€ durch Freispielespiele ohne Einzahlung zu auch durch Computer steht Cash...nur wie gesagt AGB steht gar nichts durch viele Bonuscodes. Es waren No Deposit Bonuscodes für Freispiele. Können Sie mir weiterhelfen?

Do I understand correctly that you have redeemed two No Deposit bonuses consecutively? I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.lotusasiacasino.com/terms-and-conditions:

"No Player may redeem two non deposit bonuses consecutively. However, if a Player succeeds in doing so, then any winnings will be forfeited."

Stimmt ich habs gelesen es war Nummer 17 der AGBs. Ja ich habe 2 no deposit Bonus nacheinander eingelöst. Gewinne habe ich keine erhalten.

I am very sorry, but if you never make a deposit and claim multiple free bonuses, I believe that you have no right for any winnings. It is a standard rule for all casinos. I am very sorry for the bad news.

Because of what I wrote above, and because kadir555 didn't react anyhow, we are closing this complaint as "rejected."
