The player from Moldova was blocked probably due to incomplete verification. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Good afternoon! my native language is Romanian so I use translator to write here.


17.06.2023 i registered with LEGZO. Activated welcome bonus offer and made deposit 0.01255 BTC (303 EUR), total amount was 606 EUR (deposit + bonus). I played slot machine and after completing wagering requirements my balance was 1450 EUR. After that I played Relax Gaming Roulette and won. My total balance was 3600 EUR.


I made withdrawal request and LEGZO blocked my account. Account is now blocked, i unable to access.


I go to live chat , LEGZO support told me to send selfie with document, asked questions about my account : how many deposits i made, what was deposit amount, withdraw amount, which payment method i used, how many bonuses i activated, which region i access casino from, date of registration?


There was many many questions, I answered all of them.


LEGZO live chat tell me to wait for email with answer.


I not received any email from LEGZO and contacted again.


Live chat answer - Your account is still being verified, please wait. The term is not regulated.


I passed all verification that LEGZO request and now I am being ignored.


I asking CasinoGuru admin for help.

Yes, account remains blocked. I provided all LEGZO requested documents AND answered all questions (did everything to pass verification) , and now LEGZO support tell me I have to wait , and term is not regulated

Total ignore from LEGZO.


My account was blocked on 18.06.2023. To verify my identity I provided my id card , selfie with ID card four times, video with ID card.
