The player from Portugal had gone through a KYC verification process upon withdrawing funds. However, the account had been locked and the funds had not been released. The player had been using the casino for two weeks, mainly betting on sports, before the account got blocked. No bonuses had been used to accumulate the balance. The issue was later resolved and the player had received their withdrawal.

This company just scammed me.


After requesting an withdrawal, they made me to the KYC which, I don't mind doing it, despite them claiming they don't usually request it.


Now my account is locked and my funds not paid.


Beware of this site.

Hey Tomas thanks for helping, now regarding the questions you made


Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked?

I made my first deposit 16/04 so i was a player for 2 weeks


How did you learn about your account being blocked?

A day after requesting my first withdrawal I was trying to open the casino again but i got the following message "Player Locked"


What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, betting on sports)

Mainly betting on sports and a few on casino


Did you achieve your current balance with the help of a bonus? 

No bonus were used whatsoever.
