The player from Finland had won a significant amount on the slot game, Fire in the Hole, but had experienced repeated game crashes during bonus play. The casino had accused the player of manipulating the visual winning pattern and had provided documentation, which the player had disputed. The player had provided all relevant files and communication with the casino to us. Despite the player's claims, we discovered that the win hadn't been recorded in the player's game history. We had advised the player to contact the licensing authority or the game provider for further assistance. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of evidence.

So I got ~20 000x in fire in the hole slot game and during the bonus the game kept crashing so obviosly I kept refreshing the page that it would work. And sometimes it did but very rarely.

So I contacted casino and they said that they contacted nolimitcity.

They said that there was a problem with nlc servers and thay my spin got "stuck" and because I kept refreshing the page I was manipulating visual winning pattern and thats why the bonus kept going. After that they linked some documents with wrong game, bet, clock time. (Documents above)

Then I said that to them and linked new one.

And then they gave me 50€ for all my time and dissapointment.

So is there something shady or should I just keep going with life.

There may be some mistakes because my english is not that great.

The games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the connection between the server of the game provider and you is disconnected. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.

  • Do you experience this issue with any other game?
  • Did you save any screenshots or video recordings of these incidents?
  • Was the bet recorded in your game history?

Hello, I have all files and screenshots, but somewhy only this one works in this site. Ill try to fix it and send the others too soon as possible. I didnt experience this with any other games, but I have read multiple posts about same thing with same game.

I can see the spin in the game history, but when I press the replay link it says internal server error.

I"ll try my best to translate the most important messages here between me and the casino.

Problems in the spin were because game provider service/servers, but now everything works fine. You had a spin stuck and from their information stuck spins are caused by manipulatikg the game by refreshing the page and that caused visual error in winning patterns, and the game may have continued much longer than it should, but not giving winnings.


The spin has now has got finished, but there wasnt any wins. Document how the spin went is attached to this email. (I send it to your email. This was the one with wrong game etc.)

Situations like this the game provider recommended that we should give back your bet amount, but we want to stand or customers side and add to your account 50€."


Then I asked about that file thing and they said "oops the game provider sent us wrong one. We are going to ask for the new one, but this is still not going to change end result."(And sent the other file which I have uploaded here allready)


And after that I havent even replied…


I dont know if they tell the truth or not because I have read that other have had same problem on same day I had mine.

And the game was little odd because it gave me multiple times chests which is usually rare.

Still after all this I got 50€ when I lost my night sleeps, lots of time and life changing money.


There might be some bad translation by me, but ask for more and I"ll try to explain better!
