Hello Dear Guru Team, here is my question regarding my withdrawal that I made at Lapilanders yesterday on April 20, 2022, I wanted to withdraw €1,000 (profit made through sports betting without any deposit, bonus or similar, suddenly when I went to withdraw, and up clicked pay out, this sand clock came up and it hung, suddenly it said technical problem contact support, when I logged into my account again the €1,000 had disappeared, nothing can be found in the payout history (usually the amount is at the top right of a payout and you could cancel it if necessary, but this is not the case with me, only under transaction are the €1,000 as pending, I have had this problem before and do not want to wait 2-3 weeks again until I get my money, the casino cannot be reached at all via live chat, 2 emails were sent with a screenshot of 2 pictures where there s Pending which can be seen under transaction 1,000. I would ask you to help me with this problem as soon as possible. I don't want to spend 2 weeks running after my € 1,000 again, under transaction the amount is clearly declared as pending ,otherwise I will contact the Gambling Commission in Malta.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
