The player from the US provided incorrect information during the registration. The US wasn’t available, so he stated American Samoa instead.

I'm from united states. I saw in terms and conditions that usa players cannot place real money bets. But they offered a specific sign up bonus for American players. I asked chat support and asked if btc was a real money bet, they said no btc is not a real money bet. Only currency such as USD. Usa players can deposit, play, and withdrawl btc. I made an account, saw usa was not a selection for country, selected American Samoa as it was the only American territory.


Upon withdrawl they deleted my account and kept my funds. At first the reason was because I made a real money bet. After proving btc was not a real money bet, they then insisted I chose the wrong country during signup. Even though usa was not a selection. So they made it impossible for usa players to withdrawl. They try and hit you with a "real money bet" but if you realize btc is not real money, they then go for your wrong country selection.


After hours with chat support, they tell me to wait for an email. 2 weeks and no response.

Dear Mike,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. You have knowingly submitted the wrong country in your profile. Players from the US are prohibited to play by the T&Cs, and as you found out, they aren’t able to choose the US from a drop-down menu. If ever, they are allowed to play in fun mode only (without making real deposits - which bitcoin payment is still a real deposit). Unfortunately, you decided to submit a different country of residence even though you knew that your country is restricted beforehand. Whether you consider bitcoin real money or not, you cannot provide incorrect information about your country.

Sadly, we cannot help you to restore your winnings in these circumstances. Please let me know, if there is anything, I could do for you regarding this case, otherwise, I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

I apologize Mike, but this doesn't excuse providing incorrect information about your country. I am sure you are aware that Bitcoin is a real currency if you often play with it, and it is not used to "fun play".
