Katmandu X is an exploration-themed slot from ELK Studios. The story is based on a mythical golden tree that sits high above the clouds in a temple in Katmandu. Legend has it that those who can touch the tree and summon its creature will be blessed with eternal luck.

Those that have played ELK Studios’s Kane titles could easily mistake Katmandu X as another title in this series. In fact, the game has plenty of similarities with the popular Katmandu Gold slot game, especially visually.

Temples and exotic locations always lend themselves to stunning slot designs, and Katmandu X is no different. The reels are placed between beautiful ancient columns, with water splashing up against a wall in the background, adding to the stylish visual style.

Gameplay

ELK Studios has gone with a cluster-pay mechanic for the Katmandu X slot. The game uses a 6x6 setup. Winning combinations are made when players land clusters of five or more.
