I've been waiting for a withdrawal to go through for weeks. Now I'm fully verified but I'm still not recieving my withdrawal even tho I was told everything was fine. I'm being ignored everytime I email support. On live chat they always say we will esculate it but I don't hear back.

Further, keep in mind, it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money.

When was your account fully verified, please? Was this your first withdrawal request? Looking forward to hearing from you.
