Saw their promo , it looked pretty good, so i deposited the required amount $25 USD like i have a million times via e-transfer. I sat and waited, no money came into my player account. i get on chat support , and after jumping through their hoops, i get an email notification saying my money will be returned in a week. (which is a long time by any standards) that was 13 days ago. I have gotten on 3 separate chats with some moron who must of gotten this job as a favor to someone else cause he has the mental capacity of a slug. I gave him everything he asked for. Interac reference number, screenshots and a copy of the transaction and now he says he needs an official statement from my bank showing the transaction even though i have given him that exact thing.
