K8 Casino - Player’s funds have been confiscated.

This casino unfairly refused my withdrawal and unjustly confiscated about 11,000 TRX from my balance. When I asked for the reason, they wouldn't provide any details and kept insisting it was due to a terms violation. I have not violated any terms whatsoever. Please help.
