I had the following issue:
I played Roulette via Evolution in Jupi Casino, they took my bet of 188 euros twice deducted the money but rejected the round, the money is gone from my account but did never play, Evolution confirmed the error an raised a ticket.
Evolution has confirmed the issue is solved but Jupi Casino hasn’t returned the money to my account yet.
The supoort and live chat where not able to help a whole week,
