The player played with a free spin bonus and won $9,200. Unfortunately, this bonus was capped at $200, which was also clearly stated in the Bonus T&Cs, therefore we had to reject this complaint.
I made 3 deposits of $100 2x deposits included 10 Free Spins bonus and 1x $50 chip for the Saturday 50% promotion. These were done by poli bank transfer and 2 of 3 times the bonus did not add on. I reclaimed both from the cashier. I started playing 3:30am Saturday 25/04/2020. I played for 8 hours. I mainly played King of Kings. I had about 10 shots at the Jackpot Stars and finally won the $10000 jackpot. I played through 50x I didn’t exceed the bet limit and I had $9200 that dropped to $200. I wasn’t told what happened and no one would help. They are trying to say that the bonus was capped at $200. I sat there for 12 hrs and played through $5000 and in the end got $200. Can you please advise me what to do?
Hello Bradley,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found:
"3.3.2. Promotional and welcome ‘cash’ spins offer winnings are limited to €/$200.
3.3.3. The total winnings on No-Deposit Free Spins and special promotional spins will be subject to a 50x wagering requirement and are limited to $/€200. Should the player win in excess of $/€200, the excess will be removed from the player's account before fulfilling the cash-in."
Unfortunately, some bonuses, especially no deposit ones, feature maximum withdrawal limit. This means, that if, for example, a no deposit bonus comes with a 200€ maximum withdrawal limit and a player wins 300€, he can only withdraw 200€ and the remaining amount will be voided.
I apologize, but we aren’t able to help you with this situation and I am forced to close this complaint as 'rejected'. The only thing I can do for you is to recommend you carefully reading the General and Bonus T&Cs, in order to avoid disappointment like this in the future.
I hope you won’t come across a problem like this in the future.
Best regards,
Kristina
