Hi . I have put deposit and no bonus . I wont about 28k and requests for withdrawal. In the meantime, they send me an email to provide all the documentation for verifying and withdrawal.

When i upload my document on the kyc, it keeps returned and logout from my account. I tried to login with 3 different phone also unsuccessfull .


i chat with the operator on the live chat and when i can get login on my acc, all my money was pending and the website keep refreshing on its own and all of sudden i cannot see my withdrawal requests and i contact the live chat they said theres no withdrawal requests. The question is ,wheres the money go?


they said i have reversed they money and deny what happened actually. When im about to make a police report, they asked me to wait for 24h my account verify and they will pay me .but it didn't happen and keep asked me to wait and nothing happen . Pls help me !!!!!! Did they just scammed me? Because all this shit happened when i show all the evidence that im trying to withdraw and got blocked on their website

good evening team guru . I really disappointed with Jackpotjill casino . Last night spoken with jackpotjill operator he say today 13 November 2021 the security team will keep in touch with me . I wait and wait till now time 12 midnight no one give me call . And i went into live chat jackpotjill speak with operator name gavin . And told me 24-48 hour security team will call me . They treat me like idiot be whole day waiting for they to ring me now they ask me wait 48 hr more . Wha should i do team guru ? What me they wont payout my withdrawal? 😭😭😭 file

Dear famousstarr87,

This is nothing uncommon as if it's your first ever withdrawal request, it takes up to 14 days to be verified and receive the money, all of course depending on how fast you upload all the documents they require. Also it is common to do a deeper check if the amount is higher - like in your case. Could you please advise when did you first request for the withdrawal? If it was in the last 14 days, I would recommend you to wait only.

They already verified and give a call and say sorry its was the system fault why my money missing and when I talked to the manager , he asked me to login on the spot while talking to him and said they unlocked my account already and go check the money has been reversed. My evidence is if the money has been reversed, and games was playing, theres no transaction for what kind of game and so on . In fact , i got all the evidence that I requested for withdrawal for the same amount before they locked my account all of sudden . When i asked about it , they get mad
