I signed up for this site with the promotion of spend £15, played roughly £20-22 to win £30, bonus of 100 spins did not load so withdrew £30 on Saturday night, emailed customer service had spins applied the day after. From which i won £5 so in total i have 2 confirmations of withdrawal process 1 for just over £30 and one for just over £5. Yesterdays £5 win has finally showed up today. But no sign of my first withdrawal of £30 that i won and had confirmed on 23/03/25. Tried going on site to get assistance only to find my account has been blocked. Emailed them last night to have no response. Emailed them again this morning still no response and no sign of the withdrawal that was confirmed on 23/03/2025 for the £30 winnings and the account is still blocked now. I have also left them a very negative review on trustpilot. Keep away unless you like dealing with headaches and chasing these up to get blanked. My personal rating is 0 stars. So I have been playing at Jackpot.com uk for I would say 5/6 months and all was well my account was verified and I made deposits and withdrawals. Now they are withholding 3withdrawals asking for more documents .. I’ve sent them passport , driving licence, letter proving my address and statements from both my bank accounts with some transactions covered but clearly my name, address, and account details are all visible.. I was under the impression that withdrawals can not be withheld when they ask for more documents.. I just feel that something is not right these casinos happily take deposits but when it comes to withdrawals they make it so hard for us customers.. UKGC clearly states that a casino cannot request further verification as a condition of withdrawal if they could have requested it earlier. Yet it seems as though this is exactly what they are doing.

Oh dear dear, that’s a first time I have experience like this. Asked me to send verification documents- I did! I live in Northern Ireland for over 10years but my nationality is Lithuania, because was born there. And they start questioning me why my passport/nationality is not matching country where I logged in from etc. Is casinos now are making racist comments? Disgusted! Waiting on my withdrawal now with sadness and hurt feelings how can someone can treat people like this 😢
