The player from the Netherlands had won up to around 1150€ from an initial deposit of 35€. However, his balance suddenly dropped to 35€ during gameplay. We had asked the player to provide additional details and communication with the casino to understand the situation better. Before we could intervene, the player had informed us via email that the issue had been resolved. Consequently, we marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

Hello, i Made a deposit of 35€ with my first deposit bonus, i instantly started winning so I never touched my bonus money, I went up to around 1150€, suddenly when I was playing money mase my balance dropped from 1115 to 35€.

i contacted support and they handed it over to the technical department, i contacted the chat 2 more times since i got no respond on e-mail.

i hope you are able to help and support me, i put Some screenshots with this complain as a proof, regards steven boelen
