The casino has recently been owned by Igloo Ventures, and I've had good experiences with this company recently. Their casinos are almost always well-rated here and on AskG. That's why, after receiving a special first-deposit bonus, I deposited there despite the unresolved case and the poor review, and I've had some luck. At all other Igloo casinos, I received my crypto withdrawals within an hour, and I understand if a casino needs a business day for this.
However, if you write on your website that payouts are made in real time and in exceptional cases there is a review which takes a MAXIMUM of 24 hours, you should stick to this or proactively inform the customer.
I received no response to my email inquiries and decided to write to the three other Igloo casinos where I was very satisfied and ask how to reach someone from management because this did not correspond to my experience with them.
A few hours later, my payout was paid out Sunday night. It's a shame, but I hope this remains an exception, because the casinos in the group offer strong bonuses and also slots that not everyone has.
