I requested a withdrawal from Immerion Casino on 3/6/25 , and now it has been without receiving my funds.


I contacted their support multiple times and was only told that my request is "in the queue" without any proper timeframe or real explanation. They confirmed no verification is needed, and that my account is fully approved.


This repeated excuse and lack of processing for a basic withdrawal raises concerns about the casino's transparency and reliability. I have screenshots of every conversation showing that they stall instead of giving concrete answers or progress.


I am requesting your assistance in resolving this issue and helping ensure that I receive the money I rightfully withdrew.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

The same casino told me that it takes 24-48 hours to make a withdrawal. That timeframe has expired. When I talk to them on live chat they keep telling me the same thing....

I would like to provide an important update to my complaint. It has now been more than 3 full days (over 72hours), and my €300 withdrawal is still pending.


The casino continues to send copy-paste replies and offers no real progress, confirmation, or estimated processing date. I feel completely ignored.


I kindly ask for your intervention with the casino directly, as I’ve followed all steps and waited patiently.
