Bonus requirement not clear and objectively unachievable with no safeguards to limit players breaching - clear that they set up this way to limit withdrawals

A $20 bonus limited my ability to withdraw due to breaching a 20% of the bonus value on one bet - this rule is unreasonable and clearly way for the casino to trip up players into breaching a rule that makes no sense

do not punt with this casino

Hello Molowana,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the casino’s bonus T&Cs and I found this:

„10. It constitutes promotional abuse when players betting with an Active Bonus in effect place wagers equal to or higher than 20% of the total value of the bonus, which can also be translated into stakes equal to or more than EUR 8 of the total value of the initial bonus claimed."

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

On the other hand, we agree with you that this rule should be enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. This is one of our requirements for 'fair and safe casinos'.

This situation could happen in any other casino, which has the maximum bet bonus condition like this one. Unfortunately, I am forced to reject this complaint, as there is nothing more we can do for you. We can only recommend you to be more careful in the future.

Best regards,

Kristina
