The player from Australia has tried to close his account on several occasions unsuccessfully. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I’ve tried to close my account on 5 occasions and they won’t let me. They just keep trying to intice me with more free spins and additional money. It’s not ok, but they don’t care.
