My account was limited and I couldn't withdraw. After reading reviews from other users who have been using the service for months and received the same response as me, I've already given up on the money. The chat support is useless; they just tell me to try again in 24 hours, and that's all they can do. The withdrawal is rejected due to a "payment error," and they don't resolve anything. They themselves say they can't do anything, so I consider the money I earned legally lost. I don't recommend them.

This is terrible. I won $3,200 and they refuse to pay me. I filed a complaint and they haven't responded. When I try to withdraw, it says "Rejected by the operator, 'Payment Error'." It's been over two months, and it doesn't look like I'll ever get my money back. Through chat and email, they just keep telling me they're having technical problems and to submit the withdrawal request later, and it's been over two months with that excuse. I strongly advise against anyone registering or depositing money at this casino, because if you do, you'll find it impossible to withdraw your winnings.

I won a bet, and got limited.
Did verification and was told to withdraw all funds in my account. As everyone else writing these reviews they have been rejecting all my withdrawals stating that there is a technical issue while it says "payment rejected by operator.
Ive been through this before and i cant see myself recovering my 2264 dollars. This is usually the start of the process where they steal my money and invent things like having duplicate accounts or other games they play.
Save yourself the time. The curacao gaming commission is probably more corrupt then helabet is.
Just a fraudulent book , doing fraudulent things. The norm in 2024. Such a sad world.
Im still spending 2 hours a day on live chat trying to gather my 2.2k, if they actually pay and id be shocked, il remove this. If its still here well you know what happened.

Very dodgy site. Will take deposits, but as soon as it comes to withdrawals they say technical issues and you need to deposit more. Withdrawal has been pending for 5 days, live chat takes 1 hour to respond with a generic answer and emailing them results in more generic answers asking to deposit more
After depositing several thousand dollars and having my biggest win ever, it's a terrible feeling not to get any money.

scam site... i deposit 5 euro for try out... i try contact withs support via live chat and no contact... i try to place bet but on all i have limited 0 euro xd so i did not place any bet xd so i cannot withrawal money becasue i cannot place money xd do not waste you money on this site...
no advcash in withrawal methods
