Gomblingo Casino - Player’s winnings have been confiscated.

Hello! I had won 370 dollars with the casino bonus, when I tried to withdraw my money a week later they rejected it justifying that I cheated. I can assure you 100% that at no time did I use any cheating for this, you can tell due to the number of times I bet, I am too frustrated by what happened, they took away EVERYTHING I had won fairly. I complained to customer service, but they only told me the same thing as the message. I thought it was a legitimate platform, it seems that gomblingo is a fraud. Pleas help!

Hello, I am very sorry for the delay in the response. Gomblingo had contacted me privately and sent me the following:

8.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:

(a) Placing bets listed as restricted gameplay in the specific promotion’s rules

(b) Increasing the balance, then changing the gaming pattern significantly (bet, game type, bet structure, etc) in order to complete the wagering requirements for the bonus

(c) Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.

(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than 12€ (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.

I had no idea about the very low limit of 5% of the bonus given, but I suppose that by not satisfying the requirement I cannot receive anything. If you wish you can delete this complaint. Thank you for your time.

Unfortunately, if you really did bet over the allowed limit, the casino had right to confiscate your winnings generated from this bonus.
