Wow, I'm usually never raving and am very critical, but when it comes to this casino, I'm at a loss for words in a positive sense.
It's crazy when a casino has been around for about 10 years and in that time only ONE complaint has been opened on Casino.Guru and one on AskGamblers. Anyone who goes to casinos and is informed knows that this is actually impossible.
When I deposited the minimum amount (5 euros) again after 2 years, used a sensational, relatively unknown bonus and ended up with a credit of over 1,100 euros, I still felt uneasy about whether the casino would really pay this out, play games to delay, etc.
Bank transfers should take a maximum of 10 business days, but without any questions etc. I had my money in my account today after 4 business days.
I also have to note that this is the first casino in a long time (and the first RTG casino ever) where I'm still allowed to use bonuses. In 95% of cases, these are issued without notification, and then the code is no longer valid, etc.
