I registered with the casino about three years ago. I use Tiposport for sports betting. For playing games, I prefer the Hern u Dědek. I like the simplicity and clarity of the website. There is a wide range of games, recently the Hackshaw provider has been in the lead, where I have already won a few nice prizes. I am happy that whenever I contact support, I am always answered willingly, which is not usual. Sometimes it happens to me elsewhere that they are unpleasant to me (on other websites). I was also pleased when I received FS for my birthday. I wrote about them. There is no such thing anywhere else. Recently, the website has occasionally had problems loading games, but this problem is said to be resolved. I think there are quite a few players playing there, which Dědek may not have even counted on. I also enjoy watching streams of players that Dědek works with - MinistrMystery, Roža, Rampa or Milda are fun. If you don't feel like playing right now, you can check them out. I enjoy the Hern u Dědek. I believe that it will develop in the coming years and continue to entertain actors.
Kasíno jsem si registroval asi před třemi lety. Ke sportovnímu sázení využívám Tiposport. Ke hraní her pak spíše Hernu u Dědka. Líbí se mi jednoduchost a přehlednost webu. Je tam široká nabídka her, poslední době suverénně vede provider Hackshaw, kde už mám pár pěkných výher. Mám radost, že kdykoliv oslovím podporu, tak je mi vždy ochotně odpovězeno, což nebývá zvykem. Občas se mi i jinde stane, že jsou na mě nepříjemní (na jiných webech). Také mě potěšilo, když jsem dostal narozeninám FS. O ně jsem si napsal. To nikde jinde není. V poslední době občas měl web problémy s načítáním her, ale tento problém už se prý řeší. Holt tam asi hraje dost hráčů, s čímž Dědek možná ani nepočítal. Baví mě také sledovat streamy hráčů, se kterými Dědek spolupracuje - MinistrMystery, Roža, Rampa nebo Milda jsou zábavní. Když člověk nechce zrovna hrát, může mrknout na ně. Herna Dědek mě baví. Věřím, že následujícch letech se bude rozvíjet a bude herce dál bavit.

I really enjoy playing at the casino. There is a large selection of games from Hacksaw Gaming, which is a huge plus for me, because no other casino offers so many of their games.

I've been enjoying the Grandfather's Gaming Room a lot lately, mainly because the range of games is constantly expanding. I was most pleased with the addition of Hexa games, because their style is a little different than most regular slot machines and you finally have something to discover again.

Celkově na mě herna působí dobře. Orientace na webu je jednoduchá, hry se načítají bez problémů a zatím jsem nemusel řešit žádnou nepříjemnou situaci. Oceňuju také různé akce a bonusy, díky kterým není hraní pořád jen na jedno brdo.

A few months after my first review, I have to write a sequel, because Herna u Dědek has moved on a bit since then.
The biggest change for me is the huge expansion of the game offer. There are a lot of new games, including exclusive titles from Hacksaw Gaming, which I have been missing on the Czech market for a long time. If you like modern slots and new releases, there is really a lot to choose from and the offer is constantly expanding.
I also have to praise the bonus system. There have been a lot of new promotions and almost every day there is a reason to sign up. It's not just classic free spins or deposit bonuses, but original events, competitions and special promotions that change regularly. It's clear that someone is really trying to come up with something new and not just copy the competition.
Support is still at the same high level. When I needed to solve something, I always got a quick and normal human response, which is definitely not a given these days.
My withdrawals on Netera are still mostly processed within a few minutes to tens of minutes, so I have nothing to complain about in this regard either.

o několika měsících od mé první recenze musím napsat pokračování, protože Herna u Dědka se od té doby posunula zase o kus dál.
Největší změnou je za mě obrovské rozšíření nabídky her. Přibylo opravdu velké množství novinek včetně exkluzivních titulů od Hacksaw Gaming, které jsem na českém trhu dlouho postrádal. Pokud máte rádi moderní sloty a nové releasy, je tady opravdu z čeho vybírat a nabídka se neustále rozšiřuje.
Stejně tak musím pochválit bonusový systém. Přibylo spoustu nových akcí a téměř každý den je důvod se přihlásit. Nejde jen o klasické freespiny nebo vkladové bonusy, ale o originální eventy, soutěže a speciální akce, které se pravidelně obměňují. Je vidět, že se někdo opravdu snaží vymýšlet něco nového a ne jen kopírovat konkurenci.
Support je pořád na stejné vysoké úrovni. Když jsem něco potřeboval řešit, vždy jsem dostal rychlou a normální lidskou odpověď, což dnes rozhodně není samozřejmost.
Výběry na Neteru mám stále většinou zpracované během pár minut až desítek minut, takže ani v tomto směru nemám co vytknout.
