Casino paid my winning on 21.02.2025 but I still didnt get amount to my crypto wallet. I made deposit on 10.02. and got winning on 11.02. My documents were verified and I got email from casino on 21.02. that my withdrawal request is approved and I will get amount. I was waiting for several days. Usually transfers to crypto wallet may take some hours but not days. When I realised that there was a long delay in payment I contacted casino support via chat but they still cannot solve the case or even dont send any exact information.

This was my first payment. I have never got winning from the casino before.

Unfortunately I still didnt get any update from casino regarding delay.

Before inviting the casino to the thread I would like to ask if you are familiar with the transaction on the screenshot. The USDT amount is similar to the EUR amount that you have requested to withdraw, so, if this transaction is from the casino, they (or the payment provider) could have just made a mistake and mixed up the currency, but not the amount. One more reason for me to assume that this transaction may be the disputed withdrawal, is the address from which it was received, which has substantial amount of assets, which could be the characteristic of a casino address. If this transaction is not the one in question, then please, let us know here and contact the support and ask for the transaction hash of the withdrawal. Meanwhile, I will invite the casino to the thread so they can explain the situation to us. Thank you! file
