overall really good impression, there was some issue with my KYC, but I reached out and even tho I was quite certain I would lose my balance, they were very friendly and helped me fix, I reckon that in other Casinos they would probably just kick me out and keep my balance, so I was positively surprised by the way they conducted the issue.
