i have got some mails from Funclub with free bonus if i make some account.. i do this and and got a welkom bonus on 325 euro and this

should play thought 20X and withdraw 1X .. and when i have played

long time i ask how much i have done and the manneger said that i

have played for ca. 4000 and sholud have 2400 more.. i go to played again and win the rest...It was so a new one Rick ho should tell me

that there was no money to withdraw because my country was restri

cted.. i ask when and he said that it have been so allways but it is not right because my friendin has deposit there and also won something

but never have withdraw this because she have played for them.But

they have never sayd to her that she could not withdraw.

"If they never have deposited Players from particular nations may not cash-out of free processor offers. These players may partake of said processors that are free for entertainment purposes only. Please contact Customer Support to find out the list of excluded countries to see whether your state is included."

Clearly, I have checked with the live chat agent and Denmark is on the list of these particular nations. According to live chat, no deposit bonuses are offered to all the players, even if their nation is listed between "restricted" ones, thus they can test the games.

However, I would like to emphasize that in case the restricted countries are not mentioned in terms and conditions or hidden somewhere, the casino should pay the player. Please, could you confirm that you have never placed a deposit in this casino, and you have redeemed a no deposit bonus? We will contact the casino right after your confirmation. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

I see here a problem that you didn't lose anything except your time. It was a free bonus which in certain conditions were just free chips for fun play. These bonus terms were not hidden, and I understand that something like this is not common, but We can't punish the casino for what they did. However, it would be very nice to tell you that bonus is non-cashable when you first time contacted the chat.


Bright side is that you had an opportunity to explore the casino, and if you like it there - you can deposit and play, even take bonuses.


Just this particular bonus which casino gives for free you can't cash out. (as is written in their terms and on our website as well)
