Okay, I messaged Juraj and I’ll try to find out what could be causing it, what can be done in this kind of situation, and whether there is actually anything that can be done at all. I know that some players have had issues with this before, but I also know that in some cases it was possible to resolve them. I’m not sure whether it could, for example, be caused by the country the player is from, but we’ll see.

Hi, I’ve received a response so far suggesting that it might be worth trying a different device and then sharing the results again. We’re still working on trying to resolve this issue, and that’s the only information I’ve received so far.

I'm also pleased that multipliers are given in the regular game
