Yeah, I don't know why I accidentally deleted my post and I could not reenter it in English because your system detected that it is already posted. Since I actually spent some time writing it I just translated it to German and posted it. From what I see it went disastrous as it had nothing to do with complains. I'm not sure if you remember but not long ago we had a long rather negative conversation about CasinoGuru's procure of handling of player complaints. You did not change my opinion about CasinoGuru but I was left impressed by your performance so when I saw you replied to this thread I just couldn't hold myself to include some of it but it was only for comedic purposes. 😕

Hello, thank you for helping me out by getting the context. I was pretty sure something was amiss, but I could not conclude what it could be 😀. Betitall Casino, right? You know, I would not describe the conversation we had back then as negative. I'd say it was honest and direct, which is something I can really appreciate.

I know we can't help everyone and 'fair' doesn't always mean the fairest proponent for the player but rather the logical implementation of casino rules. It’s not surprising that we end up on different sides of the spectrum, because some people see us as defenders of generally fair principles. This is somewhat of a theoretical approach, if I may say so.

Well, I started playing in Bulgarian casinos and honestly it's better for now but my life has been like in a movie. I tried to work in a fiduciary company in Cyprus and the company arranged an apartment that was for me and a colleague and that colleague's mental health deteriorated and one day he said he's not going to work and that day around the afternoon he came officially dressed with a Halloween mask, apparently after trashing the apartment he took the cornice put a knife on it forming a spear and tried to murder our boss which was horrific. After that I said it's back to Bulgaria for me 😀 How about you?
