Did you increase the stake to 3000 where the + is? If not, then you played 10 or...

Because they could increase the stakes and you had played with the smallest stake.

These kinds of bonus triggers are so stupid. What's the point of slots where it doesn't really matter what's displayed on the reels? Where's the entertainment value in that? It's about as exciting as staring at a blank sheet of paper for half an hour.
