This is my result for this game and according to the ranking I should be in position 352, with 9 rounds remaining which I then forgot about because I wrote to you and waited for a response. But you take me to position 456 with a score of 0?

Sorry, but I'm not really sure what you're talking about. Sometimes your points aren't credited right away, and your ranking doesn't update immediately to where you're supposed to be; there's a delay, and it updates a little later.

It’s happened to me too.

On the other hand, it probably doesn’t matter if you’re in 400th or 352nd place. If you were in the winning spots, we’d definitely look into it. But I don’t think there’s a glitch—everything eventually updates, even if it’s not right away.
