Hi, you won't receive a reply to that email, your reply will just confirm what we need. From that moment on, you have to wait for the voucher. I asked Juraj about it and he said he would look into it today. Sometimes the vouchers don't arrive so quickly and players have to wait a little. 

So that's probably the case here. I'll let you know when I find out more.🙂
