What are you talking about, please? We are not a casino, and you can only make a profit in the form of a voucher if you win or place in a tournament. 

I wrote to Juraj about the problem, but he said that he probably won't get a response from Relax Gaming until next week. 

No one is manipulating anything; it could be caused by the internet, the game provider's server, or some error on their end. 

If you are in a different place than you were, it means that someone probably beat you and scored more points. 

If you are 552, it would probably be difficult to get into the top three. These are the places awarded with vouchers.

What happened may have been caused by the provider, not us. I don't think you'll receive any compensation or anything else. It's a free tournament.
