Tournament #134 Bounty County / RELAX - discussion (page 2)

Hello and congratulations! 🐱‍🏍👏✨

Based on FAQs and my experiences:

"How are prizes sent to winners?

Once a tournament is over and the winners are known, we will contact them via the e-mail address associated to their account at Casino Guru. We will sort out the details individually, but the prizes will generally be also sent to winners over e-mail."

Vouchers are distributed a few times per month, so please keep an eye on your mailbox. 🙏

I haven't received any email about the prize yet 🏆 😶😅

From what I've seen, you should have already received an email from us. Have you checked your spam folder? Have you not confirmed your email address yet? I've written to Juraj and will let you know when I hear back from him.

I haven't received anything yet 😞where is the email confirmed?

I've looked at all the folders and nothing, where do I confirm my email?

Do you know what? I'll ask Juraj; I bet this is the best we can do here on the forum.

However, he is not available today so please wait until I get back to you. 🙏

Surprise! 🙂

Juraj did a quick check and the email was sent to you a week ago. So, if you can't locate it, do not worry about that now. Please send anything to this email: tournaments@casino.guru 👈 and Juraj will consider your email address confirmed.

Thank you.

You need to check your junk folder along with updating your complaint

The email hasn't arrived in spam. Where do I update my complaint?

Please follow my advices rather than the other ill-placed suggestions. 🙏
