Good morning. I won 50€ in the weekly game that ended on July 23. When will I receive the voucher?

It usually takes around two to three weeks, depending on when Juraj receives responses from the other players who also won the tournament and when he receives the vouchers. So I’d expect it to take roughly that long.

If Juraj has already sent you an email asking you to confirm your email address, then yes, you need to reply to that email. After that, there’s nothing else you need to do for now, you just have to wait.
