Problems with Italy

For a couple of weeks now, I've been unable to connect from Italy (I'm currently using a VPN). What happened?

I believe the reason for all this is due to some regulations in your country where we are unable to show our consent, you know.

The good thing is, though, that it is no problem at all if you use a VPN to visit our website. Just please be careful and turn it off whenever you visit some of the online casinos because perhaps the usage of VPN is not allowed.

Well, as of today the problem seems to be solved!

Unfortunately, it was actually just a one-day illusion. The site remains unreachable from Italy, and even if I connect via VPN, like now, I can't play the tournaments.

You can't play tournaments—so what message do you get when you try to start one? Sometimes it might be the game provider, sometimes it might be a bug; it would be good to find out what's causing it. Maybe I'd try a different VPN location.

Today, for the first time in months, I managed to play one ("Fortune Stars"). For the others, I'll try changing countries (right now it says "Tournament not available in the Netherlands," which is where I'm connected via VPN). Thanks for the tip.

Yeah, so that means game provider has blocked that country for tournaments, so you have to change the country. 🙂
