Hello,I finished 3rd in a tournament that ended on 30 September 2026 with a $130 prize.
It has now been over 10 days and I still haven’t received any email regarding my win.
No prize email received after 11 days

Hi, yes, you’re right, I saw that too. From what I’ve checked, Juraj hasn’t sent the emails yet, so there may be a delay.
All you need to do for now is be patient. You’ll definitely receive your prize, but it will take a little longer. The next step is receiving the email, although I can’t promise exactly when it will arrive.
