bookmaker 4Kasino does not pay out winnings

I opened an account with 4Kasino, passed verification and made my first deposit of 100 Euro and got a sportsbook bonus of 100 Euro. After the wagering requirements of the bonus were met I tryed to withdrawal my winnings and they asked me to complete their KYC. Two days later I received a new email saying my documents were succesfully reviewed, therefore, I proceeded to make the withdrawal attempt for the before I kept betting with them.

After that, they closed my account and took my winnings of 359 euros. 

This is bad... From what you described, I can't conclude what went wrong. I guess no one from the casino won't tell us now, right?

Normally, I would suggest submitting a free-of-charge complaint as the next step, but again, I have bad news.

The thing is that we do not engage in issues associated with sports betting; we only deal purely with casino games.
