Hello. I had 700 in SC on Lonestar casino when I went to sleep at 3 am PST and woke up to no SC. I read my state is one that has banned SC games but I never recieved an email or notice telling me when I haf to redeem my SC from Lonestar but I did from Pulsz and Chumba. I am considering reporting any purchase I made of SC dated for January first as fraudulent. Any suggestions? I emailed lonestar but just got the auto response.

Hello, what an unfortunate morning! Just to be certain, are we talking about the sweepstakes site Lonestar? As far as I can see, its safety is quite poor at the moment. However, it is not listed. Therefore, I honestly do not know whether we can help out.

You may try to complain, though. Use this link please 👈

It is free, so I guess it is worth the effort.

Thank you for your response. I got a response from Lonestar and they said I will be able to claim my SC until the 27th of this month. I cant see my unclaimed SC balance because the way the site has their redemption process is you can only make one redemption at a time and cant make another until that one is processed. Lonestar is hit or miss with redemption sometimes its quick but this one has been going on two days now. I will keep you posted. Thanks again

We would definitely appreciate it if you could continue to keep us updated. If nothing is resolved, try using the link Radka provided.

I hope everything will be fine.

UPDATE- I sent an e-mail to Lonestar's customer service telling them I am on day 4 and no redemption. They responded and told me average redemption time is 14 buisness days!!! This information is nowhere on their website. Before the new law kicked in January 1st the longest I waited on a redemption from them was 3 days and that was my first redemption. After that I would have redemptions clear in less than 24 hours on average. The person who responded told me they are working on trying to get my redemption completed within the next 48 hours. I sure hope they do because I am unable to see my remaining SC balance until my redemption clears since you can only have one redemption at a time on their site. I hope they dont try to drag this out until the 29th when they will no longer allow redemption of SC. I will keep you guys posted.

Thanks for the additional information. I hope they won't try to prolong it and that everything will be fine.

Where did you find out that SC redemption will no longer be possible after the 29th? Is it written somewhere?

Jaroslav

Their customer support told me about the redemption being available until the 29th of this month. My worry is they also said redemption takes 14 buisness days which is ridiculous because before the 1st of this month my redemption s would go through no more than 24 hours usually. I still have more SC to redeem but I cant see my balance until my current redemption goes through. If they try to prolong redemptions until the 29th and wont pay me out I am going to report all the purchases of SC dated on the 1st as fraudulent to my bank and at least try to get back the money I spent on SC that day because if they arent going to pay out they should not have allowed me to purchase SC after midnight on the 1st which I still did. Will keep you guys posted.

Certainly, I would also look at it this way: if they try to artificially prolong it and then you won't be able to withdraw your remaining SC points or they will expire, I would definitely file a complaint.

I will wait for your news.

Ace.com sweepstake casino

I always make sure i am fully verified on a site before depositing funds or purchasing coins. It was no differant on Ace. My account reflected this. I had successfully completed the verification process and it stated clearly in bright green letters imy account...

ID...verified

ADDRESS....verified.

It wasn't untill after i had made a half dozen purchases and finally won enough to grace the min. Rather than try and up the amount i chose to redeem to see how that process went.

So i gets an email saying i needed to complete the verification process. I sent them the screenshot showing i had already successfully completed that process and was verified.

The reply I got was that they wanted me to send front and back photos of my ID different than the one I used previously.Which by the way was DOT international gov. Issued identification card. They wanted a selfie of me holding the differant ID. They wanted proof of address documents stating that the the ones i previously sent were unreadable and another stating they were having difficulty verifying them. The documents were absolutely readable pdf. Statements sent directly to me from my bank and my power company, the quality couldn't have been any better.

I read about the nightmares these kind of places put people through for a lot greater return then my measly $50.

I promptly logged in played it down to zero opened a support ticket and requested the closing of my account. I didn't sign up for a circus act or clown show and I wasn't going to jump through hoops like a circus animal.

Take caution using these sweepstake they're very shrood , deceitful and are willing to lie and cheat to keep from paying you any legitimate winnings.

And they call themselves legitimate. What a joke.

To tell you the truth, it is nothing unusual, though, that online casinos would ask for such verification.

But, of course, it is only up to you how you decide to handle it and what you decide to do.

I had to correct my post, It was American luck sweeps casino. Not Ace.com. I apologize.

Yea i understand that and have no problem verifying, like i said. I want to be fully verified before i spend money.

And for several months i thought i was .My account said ID. ..verified.

Address.....Verified... Then after 6 or 7 purchases and i finally win a measly $50.00 . They ignore that fact and proceed to lie to me . And telling me the documents i uploaded were unreadable , they were pdf. Downloaded straight from my bank and Electric company. The quality couldn't have been any better. Then it was were having difficulty verifying the documents . Whats to verify? .y address plain and clear , matches my ID. Then it was photos front and back of an ID differant than the one i verified with.. simply put they had already fleeced me , and now didn't want to pay out the $50.00. Too, bad it was their loss.

Finally got my redemption after 15 days. They told me it could be up to 14 buisness days so could be worse. I put in a redemption for my remaining SC balance. I will post when I receive that redemption. They are not paying out SC to any of the the newly banned states after the 29th so I hope I get my redemption before then.

Hi, I don't know if you've found one yet. So far, I've seen that Playuzu has a free tournament every day, and I was checking out how Bonustime works. I don't know if this will help you at all, but any info is appreciated.

***warning (WOW Vegas) Is holding my funds hostage (No payout for 3 weeks)

I am writing this to warn the community about WOW Vegas.

I requested a redemption/withdrawal three weeks ago, and they

completely refusing to process.

At this point, they are simply holding my money hostage.

if you are considering playing on their platform, stay away.

They are quick to take your money but will ghost you when it's time to pay out.

Has anyone else successfully forced a payout from them recently?

What steps did you take?

Hello, I get how frustrating this must be. Three weeks is a long time for such a payout struggle and we appreciate your warning. If you don't mind a question, did the casino tell you what takes so long? Any specific reason? Are we talking about a social sweepstakes casino for the US?

Well, if you like, you can file a complaint against the casino so my colleagues from the Complaint Resolution Center can take a closer look. I guess we now accept complaints about sweepstakes too.

So, would you like to try?

Hello,

Thank you for responding!!!

I want to emphasize that any additional help, your

department can provide will be greatly appreciative.

Initially, I received a confirmation email for the redemption.

Because it took so long to get the $2300, I wrote

to inquire about the delay. I never got a response.

And now the $2300 has completely disappeared from my

play account. But it was never deposited into my bank.

Thanks in advance for your support,

WOW Vegas Social Casino is an offshore company.

Hello, you are welcome.

Is it perhaps possible that the casino actually sent the money? I mean, maybe there is any associated completed transaction in the account? If not, I normally recommend a complaint.

I just double-checked with the mediators; there are no updates, but I believe it's worth the effort.

Please follow this link 👈👈 to get started.

Describe the situation, mention the delay and what you have been through. Please add screenshots if you have any.

After the request is submitted, the first response mediator will check it out. Then we shall see the options.

Hello, you are welcome.

Could you please keep us posted on the forum? It's always useful to know how quickly and well the payout is processed. At least from the players' standpoint, I'm sure.

I think they can be legit, but I still treat them with caution. The whole Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins system is confusing at first, so I always read the terms before signing up. If a site is transparent about how redemptions work and actually pays players, then I don't see a problem with it. Otherwise, I'd rather avoid it
