I won a bit here, and faced a bunch of issues that thier support was unable to address, because they had no clue what was happening!

I had 2 redemptions cancelled for no reason at all, so I tried to redeem them again, to which an "error" came up and wouldnt let me redeem. I had support try to help, who said they had no idea why the errors are happening. I wanted to post this so everyone is aware to STAY AWAY from the site.

Hello, thanks for the link, I saw that we don't have the casino in our database so I put it on the add list.

As for your withdrawals, I see that you don't know anything about why it can't be withdrawn because support doesn't know what's going on. Did you try to ask if it would help to change the payment method and if that would be possible? That would probably be the most important thing to let them know what to do.

If the whole process has been going on for a long time and you can't get it out?

Hi Jaro - Thanks for the reply. This is a new online site so I figured it wasnt in your database yet.

I was able to redeem 2 redemptions, and 2 were cancelled by them, and I wasnt able to redeem again as it says "Something went wrong, contact support" each time. We tried 3 different cards, even my debit card, and they all failed. I had a VIP manager try to figure it out, who couldnt. They talked with thier processing company who stated there were no issues on thier end. I also found out yesterday that they charge a processing fee on each redemption which is not disclosed to the customer. Iv had to start chargebacks with my credit cards. Im going to upload the screen shots of all the errors today for my card company and hopefully they get it resolved.

Jaro - Id like to add that they are offering new players free SC coins in exchange for possitive reviews. These are players that have barely even used the site.

Oh, so it hasn't been resolved, has it? I thought the casino would come up with something, especially since you already got some money from them. I find it quite strange that it's like this.

I saw you wrote about chargeback, do you think that's the only way to get money? It might affect your playing in the future so I would definitely think about it.

As for the last information, thank you, we will definitely keep an eye on the user reviews on this casino. Did they offer free coins to you when you started playing there? Do you have any screenshot of this offer?

No, they have discontinued replying. Yes, Iv called my bank and will upload all the screen shots of the errors and conversations. Its my only resort since they will not assist. They didnt offer it to me, as I joined before they opened, but I saw a review on trustpilot that confirms they offered free coins in exchange for reviews. Also, Iv asked the new facebook reviews if they are aware they charge a processing fee thats not disclosed, and most replies say no, they have never redeemed. I suspect as more start to play the site, and have simular issues, negative reviews will start to pop up.

Well, thanks for the information and I hope that someone who would like to play in this casino will find your posts useful. If you manage to process the chargeback, you can let me know when the process is successful.

Fingers crossed.🤞
