Some games don't work

Hello people, I hope I'm in the right place 😉 I have a problem, I often play in different online casinos, but there are games that don't work. Oops, an error has occurred, including Stormfoge, which doesn't work at all and with Xmas Drop and Hand of Annubis, as soon as there are free spins, errors occur and I have to restart then cancel the fp I only see the winnings but never the free spins. Maybe someone else has it and has a solution to my problem. I would be grateful for any help 😉

Hi, I think in this case you should contact the casino support and try to find out where the problem might be. They should be able to give you the best answer and investigate if something is wrong. Have you tried this yet ? Also, does it happen to you with games from a certain provider or are there different ones ? 

Of course, other players may be able to help you with their experience, but I feel the information from the source will be the most up to date. 🙂

Hello and thanks for the answer. I'm currently playing on Casinotogether. I've also tried it with Vave or Monro. Always the same error. So it doesn't seem to be the problem, but rather me. I'll write to support, maybe they know they're both hacksaw games I can play all the others

I've tried other browsers and it's the same thing. I thought I'd ask. Every now and then I'll get some good tips

Be sure to ask, because it could be possible that you have a technical problem or you just can't play games from this provider. Then you can let me know what you found out from support. 😉

I wrote to support and found a solution, all games run on Firefox, so my problem is solved. Thanks in any case for the tip
