But the truth is that when I'm looking at their "Contacts" page, it clearly looks like they don't want to be contacted by anyone so I don't believe they'll reply you on the social media.

I have that feeling too. What I actually find a pity is that getting feedback from players should be in the interest of the group or not. Of course there are also negative things, but if you want to improve, you also have to be open to criticism

Me and Radka have been working on it since December 2021. We'd like to bring more game providers to this forum. It would be great to have them here, getting the fresh news and possibly having chance to talk to them about their games, features etc. I can already tell you that it's an extremely difficult task. I feel like many of them focus on B2B relations (provider x casino), but they don't really care that much about relations with players.
