I've played the slot a lot now, but it's the only game where I don't understand something about the bonus. I haven't found any information about it in the game description or by Googling...

In the bonus game, you first open boxes. Often, instead of a wild, extra spins and multiplier, a "2000" or "5000" comes out of the box. At first I thought it was only useful if you had 2 of them in the boxes, but even then it didn't bring anything visible... What exactly do they do? Do you need 3 of them and then you get that as a multiplier or is it something completely different?

Do you know if you can contact the casino or Pragmatic Play directly with questions like this or if they can answer them?

The "2000", "5000" that appear when you're opening the boxes is increasing the Megaways that the slot uses to decide a win. You might not notice it at first but each time you open a box and get a figure like this, the reels become more compact and so you'll see more of each symbol on screen. I played this game and achieved the maximum Megaways and the payout was immense.
