I've played the slot a lot now, but it's the only game where I don't understand something about the bonus. I haven't found any information about it in the game description or by Googling...

In the bonus game, you first open boxes. Often, instead of a wild, extra spins and multiplier, a "2000" or "5000" comes out of the box. At first I thought it was only useful if you had 2 of them in the boxes, but even then it didn't bring anything visible... What exactly do they do? Do you need 3 of them and then you get that as a multiplier or is it something completely different?

Do you know if you can contact the casino or Pragmatic Play directly with questions like this or if they can answer them?
