Rare pots never close

I've been playing the same game for several days with the same bet as always, and I noticed that the rare pots, (gold) (wilds). There is a standard, both for being completed and for releasing them, the website says that the draws are 100% random, but the cards that are released and completed are always the same, in other words without something that doesn't allow us to have a big gain with rare cards, so much so that out of 1000 spins only 3 released the rare pots and not one completed it..

If the GRNS are randomly generated, how would it be possible that in 1000 spins it doesn't complete the rare pots once?

I think there is some pattern to be followed to generate high winnings in rare pots
